Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, MSJ Insurance has instituted the following changes to business operations:

  • Clients & Staff are directed to monitor daily the COVID-19 guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control – click here
     
  • Staff at our office location has been reduced to employees performing only essential operations. All remaining staff will continue to work remotely through our private and secure computer system;
     
  • Communications will continue to be offered by email, DocuSign & telephone unless an in-person meeting is absolutely unavoidable;
     
  • No in-person meetings will be scheduled without prior approval from our staff. Entrants to our offices are required immediately to wash their hands with soap and maintain six-feet separation from all other occupants;
     
  • Our website has our insurance companies contact information for service, billing & claims. From the main menu, check under “Our Agency” and then “Our Companies” – then click on the respective company you wish to contact.
